FEATURES
GH0344 is a solid solution strengthened nickel-based antioxidant alloy with high plasticity and moderate thermal strength below 900°C, and it has excellent oxygen resistance and good stamping and welding process performance, suitable for manufacturing the main combustion chamber and afterburner components, heat shield and guide blade for long-term operation below 900°C. The varieties available are plates, belts, silk, tubes, rods and rings.GH3044 ingot forging heating temperature is 1170±10°C, the terminal temperature is not less than 900°C. The heating temperature of slab rolling is 1190±10°C, the heating temperature of sheet hot rolling is 130±10°C, the final rolling temperature is not less than 800°C, and the total reduction rate of sheet cold rolling is about 30%.GH3044 sheet has good stamping process performance. The limit deep drawing coefficient of cold rolled sheet supply state is K limit =2.06.
APPLICATIONS
GH3044 melting and casting process: The alloy is smelted by electric arc furnace, non-vacuum induction furnace or vacuum induction furnace + electroslag remelting or vacuum arc remelting process.For the manufacture of sheet metal stamping and welding structures for aero-engine combustion chambers or afterburner chambers, as well as components such as mounting edges, conduits and guide blades.
